your perfect weekend wedding

If you've been dreaming of a mountain wedding weekend with your closest family and friends, you've found the perfect location! Our 34 acre, secluded property is only 30 minutes from downtown Denver and only 5 minutes off HWY 285. Wow your guests with our privacy, meadow ceremony location, stunning ballroom, and lodging on site for your family or wedding party.

Our rentals include all the basics you need to host your wedding on our property so you don't have to think about any logistics. We've provided the foundation for the perfect weekend and allow you to bring in the rest on your own, or add them onto your package. We're here to help you put together a memorable wedding weekend!

Inclusions

Your rental package includes all of the following items to provide a full wedding weekend experience!

EXCLUSIVE PROPERTY USE
You can check-in on Friday beginning at 2:00 pm. Everyone must be checked out by 10:00 am on Sunday. Our property manager will direct parking and assist with any facility needs you have while on-site.  The property includes use of any on-site yard games and a fire pit. You'll be the only group on the property for the weekend!

8 Weddings
CEREMONY SITES
​Choose from our meadow or gazebo ceremony location for you vows. Our meadow location includes an aspen wood arbor with white draping. Floral arrangements can easily be added to both locations though us or bring your own! Includes brown wood folding chairs.

BALLROOM
Utilize our ballroom for your main event! The space can hold 100 guests seated including a cocktail patio and dance space. The rental includes use of the ballroom for 1 event and can be added for other events for an additional cost. The ballroom includes a custom wood bar set up, cozy fireplace, and restrooms for all guests.

BAR SERVICE
Bar service is provided for your wedding reception and can be added on for other event days. Service for beer and wine with disposable cups, ice, and other needed supplies is included. Upgrades are available for full bars (mixers, garnishes) or glassware. You can select from our different alcohol packages based on your budget and tastes.

INVENTORY​
 Includes wood farm tables, round tables, cocktail tables, wine barrels, banquet tables, and brown wood chairs. Also includes linens and napkins in your choice of colors! Upgrades are available for additional items such as place settings, lounges, and additional chair or linen styles.

8 Weddings
WEDDING PLANNER​
A day of coordinator is included for your ease of mind! You'll meet with your planner 3 months prior to your wedding to finalize details, wedding day timeline, and confirm all your vendor details. Your coordinator will be on-site for wedding day to set up all your decor and run your timeline.

MAIN LODGE
The main lodge provides your group a place to gather throughout the weekend with a cozy living room, dining room big enough for all overnight guests, and a full kitchen. Our deck with string lights is the perfect spot for a late night converstation! Kitchen use is provided so you can bring in catering for weekend meals.

SLEEPING ROOMS
Your rental includes all of the cabins and rooms on the property for up to 20 guests to stay overnight for 2 nights. See our Property page for a breakdown of cabins, sleeping beds, and restrooms. All amenities are provided for the duration of your stay and some cabins even include a hot tub! Additional nights can be added!

LOGISTICS PLANNING
Your event coordinator will work closely with your day of coordinator to take care of all the logistics planning you need! Together, we'll manage vendor load-in, set up of tables, chairs, and decor, prepare the property, and more. We'll create a floorplan, order rentals, supply the alchol and bar setup, and direct guests when they arrive.

other policies

We've designed our packages to provide all the basics you need for a great event including taking care of the logistics. We've left plenty of flexibility in the rental for you to choose the rest of the items or have us take care of them for you! 

Please review the following policies and FAQ so you know how we work.
can i bring in my own caterer?
Yes! You are welcome to bring in any caterer or a food truck for your event. 
We do require food service staffing from the time the caterer is on-site to the end of the event. The staffing is responsible for busing tables, taking out trash, and cleaning up at the end of the night. If you food truck cannot provide staffing, we are happy to add that on for you!
The tables and chairs will be set up by our property manager and your day of coordinator will set up your linens and decor prior to food service.  Your day of coordinator will pack up all your decor but the catering staffing is required to manage other cleanup. 
Can i bring in my own alcohol?
No, we will take care of all that for you! Your bar service includes bartenders, mixers, supplies, garnishes, and all the glassware necessary. 
You will choose your drink list from us approx. 60 days prior to your wedding. You can choose beer, wine, specialty drinks, or a full bar.
We will provide the liquor for your entire weekend and will talk through quantities with you when the menu is available to order 60 days prior to your wedding.
We typically see couples spend between $2,000 and $6,000 on their alcohol for the weekend depending on their choice of liquors, full bar selection, how many guests are attending, and how many events they are hosting. You will order your alcohol through us for the entire weekend of events as well as lodge use, and keep anything leftover at check-out.
The base package includes service for beer and wine packages. Additional costs will be added for full bars. 
What is the rental timeframe?
Check-in can begin at 2:00 pm on Friday and everyone must be checked out by 10:00 am on Sunday. 
For wedding day, your general timeline would be: 4:00 ceremony, 4:30 cocktail hour, 5:45 dinner, 6:30 dances & toasts, 7-10:00 pm dance party! All cleanup and vendors must be out by 11:00 pm. Vendors may arrive after 12:00 pm during your wedding day to deliver or set up.
If you choose to host additional events (such as a welcome reception), events must end at 10:00 pm with all vendors out and cleanup finished by 11:00 pm.
can i host additional events on the property?
Yes! We often see rehearsal dinners or welcome receptions hosted on our deck and meadow space next to the main lodge the day prior to the wedding. 
If you choose to host a dinner or party and invite any guests that aren't staying on the property, we do require you to add on our mini party package. This package includes bar service, tables, chairs, linens, and set up by your day of coordinator. We do require you or your caterer to take care of all cleanup. These events must end by 10:00 pm with cleanup completed by 11:00 pm.
If you host a dinner for only the guests staying on the property, we do not require the mini party package add-on.
what is the parking situation?
Our property has space for all of your guests to park. Our property managers will greet your guests as they drive up our tree-lined driveway and direct them on where to park. 
Cars can be left overnight if needed but we suggest having your guests plan ahead if they feel they won't be able to drive at the end of the night.
Uber or other ride sharing services at the end of the night will take 30-60 minutes to arrive so please plan ahead. We suggest having your DJ make an announcement. 
is the property hard to get to?
Not at all! We're located in Pine, Colorado just 30 miles from Downtown Denver. Our property is only a 5 minute drive off HWY 285 and very easy to find. The GPS location is also accurate, unlike many mountain locations!

can more than 20 guests stay on the property?
Currently, we are only set up for 20 guests to stay on site. There is one spot for a trailer camper to hookup which includes power only and not sewer or water.
Ask us about any updates we are making to the property for the time of your wedding as we are constantly improving!
What is the wedding capacity?
The capacity of our ballroom is 100 guests seated at round tables. If you bring in a tent or utilize outdoor space, you can host up to 250 guests. Just know that the ballroom will not act as a weather backup and you will be required to rent a tent.

Pets are allowed on our property in designated guest rooms. Please see our Property Details page for which rooms these are. Pets must be leashed and monitored for the duration of your stay.
This fee would apply if you are hosting an event (rehearsal dinner or welcome party) that includes guests who are not staying on the property. The package includes the items listed above.
If you wish to host an additional event in the ballroom during your stay, this fee covers the basics of doing so. Includes tables, chairs, linens, napkins, set up, day of coordinator, and bar service for a 4 hour event.
Extend your stay before or after your weekend! Price includes amenities and cleaning for 20 guests per night plus exclusive property use. 

Add-ons

Ask about current pricing for the following add-ons! Our event coordinator will take care of securing them for you as well as confirming any details so you can sit back, relax, and check another item off your to-do list.
  • Stay for additional nights either before or after your weekend rental.
  • Charcuterie grazing tables for cocktail hour or dinner/party the day prior
  • Beer burros- let your guests pick up their beers in style on a donkey's saddle pack
  • Vintage trailer bar- upgrade your bar service and serve your drinks out of a vintage trailer!
  • Breakfast drop off each morning for your overnight guests
  • Add on our preferred DJ to keep the party going all night and use all the A/V items you need like mics
  • Our floral and decor packages are the perfect add-on if you aren't sure how to put together a beautiful design!

upgrades

Upgrade items that are already included in your rental based on your style preferences! Ask your event coordinator about current pricing for these items and they'll take care of securing them for you.
  • Linens can be upgraded to any style such as satin or patterns
  • Add on specialty linens such as table runners or overlays
  • Choose from various different styles of chairs to match your aesthetic
  • Add on place settings to elevate the look of your dinner tables
  • Upgrade your bar to glassware instead of disposables
  • Wedding planning help- add on services for all the to-do items or customize your package

Additional events

You are welcome to host additional events on the property such as a rehearsal dinner or welcome reception the day prior. We have a fabulous deck and meadow next to the main lodge that's perfect for a casual backyard BBQ feel. With string lights, patio furniture, a fire pit, and lawn games, it's the perfect spot to welcome your guests to Colorado!

If you do host additional events that include guests not staying on the property, we do require you to add on our mini party package. This will provide the base logistics required to host your guests. The package includes:
  • Bar service- bartenders, supplies, mixers, garnishes, and plasticware
  • Property managers to direct parking
  • Set up of decor from your day of coordinator
  • Your alcohol will be included in your order submitted 60 days prior to your wedding
  • Patio furniture with tables, chairs, and string lights
  • Lawn games and firepit

You are welcome to bring in your own caterer, food truck, or drop off catering. You or your caterer are responsible for all trash and cleanup of the party. 
Events must end at 10:00 pm with all cleanup completed by 11:00 pm.
