Ceremony Locations

Meadow Creek offers several ceremony locations throughout the property, each with its own character and connection to the surrounding landscape. Exchange vows beneath the aspens in the meadow, gather in the garden gazebo, or celebrate indoors in the ballroom beneath vaulted timber ceilings and natural light.

Whether you're envisioning an outdoor ceremony surrounded by trees or the comfort of an indoor setting, each location is designed to feel private, scenic, and distinctly Colorado.

The Celebration Space

The Event Center serves as the gathering place for dinners, toasts, and dancing throughout the wedding weekend. Vaulted wood ceilings, exposed timber beams, large windows, and a stone fireplace give the space warmth while natural light and direct access to outdoor gathering areas keep guests connected to the surrounding landscape.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Absolutely. You're welcome to choose your own vendors. Meadow Creek's planning partner, A Touch of Bliss, is included with your wedding package and will work directly with your vendors to coordinate logistics, timelines, setup, and guest flow throughout the weekend.

  • Yes. Couples often host rehearsal dinners, brunches, and farewell breakfasts at the lodge and outdoor gathering spaces. Additional gatherings with non-overnight guests require our mini party package and must be coordinated around wedding setup and breakdown.

  • No, we take care of the purchasing of all alcohol. You will order your alcohol through us for the entire weekend of events as well as lodge use, and keep anything leftover at check-out.

  • Yes. There are additional lodging options in Conifer, Evergreen, Bailey, and Morrison for guests who are not staying on property.

  • Yes. Our ballroom serves as an indoor backup option for ceremonies and receptions if weather conditions require a change of plans.

  • Pets may be allowed with prior approval in select accommodations. Additional pet fees apply.

  • Yes. We offer private property tours by appointment. We’d love to show you around and talk through your vision for the weekend.

  • Yes. In addition to our signature wedding weekends, Meadow Creek offers options for smaller celebrations, including microweddings, elopements, and private vow exchanges.

    These intimate celebrations are designed for couples celebrating with their closest family and friends and are generally limited to overnight guests staying at the lodge. We'd love to learn more about your plans and recommend the package that's the best fit for your celebration.
