  • Yes. Outside vendors are welcome. We simply ask that vendors coordinate with Meadow Creek in advance so we can ensure smooth logistics and property access.

  • WiFi is available throughout the property. The event center includes presentation space, a projector, screen, speaker system, and a rolling television for smaller sessions.

  • Our on-site team helps prepare the property, coordinate vendor arrival, set venue-provided tables and chairs, assist with guest arrival and parking, and support facility-related needs throughout your stay.

  • Yes. In addition to the event center, groups often utilize the lodge, upper and lower decks, gazebo, meadow, and other outdoor gathering spaces for breakout discussions, workshops, and team activities.

  • Parking is available on the property, and our team assists with parking logistics for retreats and corporate events.

  • Alcohol may be served in accordance with applicable laws and insurance requirements. Additional permits or licensed bartending services may be required depending on the event.

  • Meadow Creek is located in Pine, Colorado, approximately 45 minutes from downtown Denver and less than an hour from Denver International Airport. The property offers a mountain retreat setting without requiring extensive travel.
