All wedding packages include professional planning and coordination through our partner, A Touch of Bliss. From vendor communication and timeline development to rehearsal guidance and wedding day logistics, their team helps ensure every detail comes together seamlessly.

Ceremony & Reception

Exchange vows in the meadow, beneath the aspens, or inside the event center. Multiple ceremony locations, a reception venue, cocktail patio, dance floor, and indoor backup option provide flexibility for every celebration.

Lodging Accommodations

The lodge, suites, and cabin accommodate up to 16 overnight guests, creating a true wedding weekend experience for family and friends.

Tables, Chairs & Setup

Venue-provided tables and wood chairs are included for up to 100 guests, along with setup based on the approved floor plan. Couples also have access to the custom wood bar, indoor fireplace, outdoor heaters, and covered tents.

Exclusive Use of the Property

Meadow Creek becomes yours for the weekend. Couples and guests enjoy private access to the property's ceremony locations, event center, lodge, outdoor gathering spaces, and 34 acres of mountain landscape.

Hospitality & On-Site Support

Throughout the weekend, Meadow Creek's on-site team assists with guest arrivals, lodging accommodations, vendor access, venue setup, parking, and property logistics, helping everything run smoothly from check-in to departure.

Planning Made Simple

Professional planning and coordination are included with our wedding packages. Meadow Creek partners with A Touch of Bliss, one of Colorado's leading wedding planning and design teams, to guide couples through the planning process and ensure a seamless wedding weekend.

Your planning experience includes:

  • A dedicated planner to guide you through the planning process

  • Timeline development and event logistics

  • Vendor coordination and communication

  • Floor plan creation and guest flow planning

  • Property preparation, vendor load-in, and setup oversight

  • Ceremony rehearsal coordination


Bar Service & Beverages:

Approximately 60 days before your wedding, we'll help you select the beer, wine, and spirits you'd like available throughout your wedding weekend. Your order will be stocked for both your overnight guests and wedding celebrations, creating a seamless experience from arrival through farewell brunch.

Any unopened alcohol remaining at the end of the weekend goes home with you.

Couples are welcome to bring in their own licensed and insured bartending service, or we can connect you with one of our preferred partners.

Many couples choose to host a welcome reception, rehearsal dinner, or casual gathering during their wedding weekend. If your event includes guests who are not staying overnight at Meadow Creek, a Mini Party Package is required.

Couples are welcome to bring in their own caterer, food truck, or casual dining experience. Catering staff are responsible for event cleanup and trash removal. All additional events must conclude by 10:00 PM, with cleanup completed by 11:00 PM.

Pets are welcome in select guest accommodations and must remain leashed while on the property for their safety.

Additional FAQs

  • Absolutely. You're welcome to work with any caterer or food truck you'd like. We do require food service staffing from the time food service begins until the end of the event. Catering staff are responsible for bussing tables, managing trash, and completing food-related cleanup at the end of the evening. If your caterer or food truck does not provide staffing, we're happy to recommend a staffing company. 

  • No. We'll take care of that for you.

    Approximately 60 days before your wedding, you'll select your beer, wine, spirits, and specialty cocktails from our beverage menu. We'll help you determine the right quantities based on your guest count, bar selections, and weekend events.

    Most couples spend between $3,000 and $6,000 on alcohol for the weekend, though costs vary depending on the type of bar service, guest count, and overall consumption.

    Your alcohol order covers the entire wedding weekend, including lodge use and hosted events, and any unopened bottles remaining at checkout are yours to take home.

    You're welcome to work with your own licensed and insured bartending company, or we're happy to recommend one of our preferred bar service partners.

  • Weekend wedding packages include check-in beginning at 2:00 PM on Friday and checkout by 12:00 PM on Sunday.

    All events must conclude by 10:00 PM in accordance with local quiet hours. Vendor breakdown and cleanup must be completed by 11:00 PM.

    Vendors may access the property beginning at 12:00 PM on the wedding day for setup and deliveries.

  • Meadow Creek offers ample on-site parking for wedding guests. Our property team will greet guests upon arrival and help direct parking to ensure everything runs smoothly. Vehicles may be left overnight if needed. We simply ask guests to plan accordingly and make transportation arrangements if they do not intend to drive home after the celebration.

  • Not at all. Meadow Creek is located just 30 miles from downtown Denver and only five minutes off Highway 285. The drive is easy, GPS directions are accurate, and guests are often surprised by how accessible the property feels while still offering the privacy and beauty of a mountain retreat.

  • Meadow Creek currently offers overnight accommodations for up to 16 guests comfortably. 

    We also have one RV or camper hookup available with electrical service. Please note that water and sewer connections are not available.

  • Most couples spend between $20,000 and $40,000 for their complete wedding weekend, depending on guest count, catering, bar selections, floral design, and other personal touches.

    One of the advantages of Meadow Creek is that much of the beauty is already built in. Between the mountain setting, historic lodge, and reception space, couples often find they need less décor than they would at a traditional venue.

    A typical wedding budget may look something like:
